excellent place for lunch. the staff is always supper friendly!

Great menu, reasonably priced. I love the Freshii franchise and the staff here are really nice... But the service at this location is super inconsistent (forgetting/omitting ingredients, giving portions almost half the normal size, forgetting to check for mobile orders, etc.) and they've been open long enough now that these mistakes shouldn't still be happening. :(All in all it's still a nice little location and I'll definitely amend my review once the service becomes a bit more consistent.

The buddha satay bowl is pretty good

Bought a burrito for $11, tiny portion, definitely not worth the money. You could get a more filling meal at McDonald's for $4. I understand profit margins are rough in the food industry but if you are going charge $11 for a toddler's portion it would be smart to at least disguise your rip off by filling the burrito full of rice instead of presenting your customer a half full tortilla.

People were nice but I paid for a bunch of adds on in a custom salad only to realize half of what a paid for had been put in. I was half way to work when I realized. Not the best when you meal wasn’t cheap! They weren’t even busy so there’s no excuse.

Limited seating is fine..but sneezing while preparing our food..please get your kitchen staff to put on food preparation mask..get those transparent re-useable one..lastly deal with the tiny flies keep trying to get in my bowl of food.

Great service and very friendly. I tried the Cobb salad with chicken here for the first time and now it is my favorite.

Nice place for quick lunch. They do have nice variety and are quick more or less. Staff do their best to serve. If you are looking for a healthy and tasty option, you can try this place. It is an acquired taste similar to wine. So, each individual may have a different opinion of the place. Enjoy the food.

Fresh food. A little expensive but nice to have the healthy option.

Single use chain. Serves with straws. Better local healthy and environmentally conscious choices out there.

Should update their closing hours on Google Maps. We drove all the way from Squamish because they said they were open untill 8 PM, but closed at 7 PM. Such a bummer because we love Freshii.

Food is OK. Liked their Tortilla soup. But music is loud and style choice is poor. Walked out with a headache.

Lettuce pieces were rotten. Avocado gray inside. Had to complain and get newly made meals.

OMG I the healthiest and lightest fast food I have had. Everything I have tried is delicious from bowls to burritos. There are only a couple of tables to eat in at but the park on the water is right across the street

I have been a regular at Freshii, but this location let me down or the Uber Driver did. We only received 1 of 2 items. The item we received was wrong and not fresh...

I ordered a steak tex mex, first I didn’t expect it to be cold and second I didn’t like the texture and taste of the steak. First and last time being here.

Food is fine but seems like the portions have been decreased a bit. The taste is the same as all locations, but not the friendliest staff.

The worst Freshi I have been to with the most cluttered inexperienced staff ever. 5 people working there, no customers, I walk in order two things off the menu and they forget one of the things. The smoothie I get is not full, very slow service and its been 4 weeks since they have opened! Sort it out guys!

Good and healthy food.....

Ordered a Cobb salad tonight... It was missing ingredients and contained completely wrong ingredients. Unfortunately this was a to-go order and it wasn't discovered until we were home. The staff seemed inexperienced and confused. It's a fairly new location so I attribute that to bad management. I won't be going back any time soon. However the Freshii at Park Royal was a good experience.

The worst hours of any Freshii I've been too. Tried to go 3 times and it's been closed every time. They also don't have the hours listed to make it harder.

I ordered a salad primarily because it has kale and quinoa in it but they forgot the quinoa they also forgot the tortilla in the tortilla soup! 😡🤬

Service is great. Staff is personable and friendly. Great new addition to the area. A girl named Karen served me, and she was lovely.

Extremely disappointed when you show up and the door is locked and it says you are open for another 15 min. What is the point of saying you are open till a certain time....

Half the price of every health food place I've seen on Lonsdale. Good food! My favourite go to is the Oaxaca bowl.

I eat here regularly and find the food and service top notch. Huge menu for a quick serve restaurant. Something for everyone. Glad to see they are now open for breakfast.

Inconsistent service and food at this location. Would be nice if when ordering by app they would have my order before I arrived for pickup but unfortunately regularly someone forgets to checks to see if the computer is on so they don't even get the app ordersr until we remind them

I eat here almost every day and haven't had a bad experience. the staff and management have always made my visits top notch. and Jaden is especially helpful with my dietary restrictions.

So Google asks me to rate my experience at Freshii just as I am experiencing some severe gastric distress. Probably, hopefully, a coincidence.I always enjoy the food from Freshii and it usually leaves me feeling virtuous for making a healthy choice. But by the time you "add a protein or a drink" the bill is nearly double that of my other lunch options.

Every time I have gone it has not been busy, yet it still takes 10 mins to make a smoothie. Seems like the staff are lost and don't know what to do when an order comes in. Same thing happened when ordering food. Both times they were out of an ingredient and had to switch orders

Small portions considering the price. Also compared to other Freshii the portions are considerably less at this location.

The tex-mex chicken burrito is the best I've ever had. Prices are reasonable for the amount of filling they put in their wraps and burritos. A great healthy option for a meal.

The managerial staff here are incompetent. Almost every time i come here my order is messed up, and alot of the employees make me feel unwelcome.

Love Freshii and happy to have one in North Vancouver. The food is great, and the management works super hard especially during the lunch rush. For those that reported any issues give them another try!

Great food, awesome options, all nice and fresh, fair price.

So far this is my favorite Freshii location! I love how they have hot sauce in to go containers already pre-portioned out ready for you to grab and go. Also, the staff is friendly and happy. Considerably more so than the Freshii on Cambie and Broadway! Good job guys!
